My new research project, “Writing the Sleep Crisis”, has attracted funding from the Wellcome Trust (Research Fellowship in Humanities and Social Science) and the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship). In this project, I will explore the cultural politics of the sleep crisis, namely, today’s presumed widespread sleep deprivation.
